How do I feel after watched Fleabag..
Welp, actually I lose my fucking words to describe my brain and feelings after watched this tv show. Every episode of this show was enough to brought us into relatable event that normally we ever did as a human being. In each of episode, theres always part of scene that I’d bet you’ll feel connected to this show cus I feel the same way. Fleabag really brings a lot of emotions to us since the first until the last ep, either from the first or the second season. All kind of emotions get along together, from happy, blessed, pathetic, loser, sad, heartbreak, and even grieve. Also, this show kinda related to feminism issue. But, I won’t discuss about it here yet I’ll give my own honest review towards the show! ^^
This show was too worthable to just being abandoned in your watchlist. From the first season, as we know that everything was so complicated here. We get into know each of the characters back-story. The plot really bring out the flow very well. With the puzzles that we try to find out and then the last episode of this season really ended it so peaked and evoking. Ended by unpredictable scene or you named it as ‘best of twist’. I love how chaotic this show try to gave us.
Then the second season, most great satisfaction and heartbreaker season. I really love it so much how Fleabag met with the Priest (a damn hot Priest). How they both get along into each other until the right moment when Fleabag starts to fall in love with him was really reasonable yet romantic. A true love story. I like the romance parts of this show in this season. This season made us know that Fleabag finally bare about her real-side with other people. After she tried so hard to keep it by herself, she cope with it and it because of the Priest. The burdens and the struggles that she passing through all alone. Many episodes that we noticed how she struggle so hard to live her life with the grief and the trauma towards her bestfriend. Yet, we knew it too that turned out she also took the big part of her own trauma and the reason why Boo died. The grief will stay remains, but at least she met the Priest.
The relationship of Fleabag and the Priest was greatly made up. From their first meeting until the most iconic heartbreaking ending scene on the last episode. Genuinely the best ending of tv show so far I’ve watched. I like it how the romance between them (Fleabag & the Priest) didn’t look too cliche yet we can feel their intimacy in every step of the scenes. Their first encounter was really fucked up, but despite of it, they both really made the chemistry getting stronger and stronger. The fact they both knew that they couldn’t make it together, but it still gave us the greatest memorable love story. The ending of both them was truly tragic and heartbreaking, but that’s the point. It comes so emotionally attack the way both of them ended it so breathtaking. CAN’T STOP SAYING HOW I FUCKING LOVE THIS!
The plot, the jokes, and the iconic lines in every scenes were so accurate and relatable like what we actually experienced in our real life. There are lines that I can’t remember how many are they that relatable to me or maybe some of you too who alr watched it. How can Phoebe Willer Bridge being so talented here? She’s a real genius art. This show with all of the things inside was greatly impressive. I can’t say anything again.. after all I’ll definitely ask you to watch this whenever you have a spare time to watch it! Or maybe just to put it in to your watchlist~ This is a fucking great show to company your me-time or to break-down again your own perspective towards this life. That life sometimes quiet chaotic, messed up, traumatic, miserable, pathetic, and unpleasant. But, life also has its own way to gave a lesson to teach us. And never forget that happiness isn’t depends on what we believe, but who we believe.
